Mentor Construction Management Ltd was Incorporated in August 2001 to receive two new key players to the company.
After operating for years as Nic & Christina Ferraro, Marco Ferraro and Enzo Monticchio officially joined the team
in August 2001 and Mentor was formed.

ABOUT THE PRESIDENT, NIC FERRARO
- Nic comes with over 45 years experience in the construction industry
- 1963 Graduated Aviron Technical Institute (Montreal ) .
- 1964 moved to Toronto and until 1968 worked for Bernard Protter as reinforcing
- steel foreman on one of the first slip form projects in Ontario.
- Later supervised the construction of a 250 suite Apartment Building.
- In 1968 joined Metric Masonry as estimator and became co-owner of the company until 1986
- Served as President of the Masonry Contractors Association for 5 years and acted on many committees.
- 1986 to present pursued the General Contracting avenue completing many projects in the Interim.
- Speaks, reads and writes English, French, Italian and Spanish
