Negotiated Tender
The process of which we would come to an agreement of contract amount or
management fee prior to starting the drawings.
Open Tender
The process by which we are asked to bid on a project after the drawings
have been completed by an Architect/Engineer. This type of tender is open
to other pre-qualifited contractors to issue bids.
Project Management
The process by which we negotiate a set fee plus expenses. We acquire the
sub-trade quotes and review them with the owner to choose the best bid
together. We supply the Site Supervision and General Labours and set a
safety program.
Construction Budgets
The process by which we would supply complete construction budgets and
updates during construction for a pre-set fee.
Pre Construction Services
The process by which we would evalutate the site and act as a liason with
the town. We would provide monthly draw projections and a risk evaluation.
